About the Event

The session will teach you a chant that you can use at home, the meaning behind the chant and give you tips on how to go about a regular chanting practice. 

 Chanting is an ancient practice spanning many religions, cultures and spiritual beliefs. The practice involves repeating a word or sentence several times over, to calm our minds and  bring about a sense of stillness and connection with ourselves, others & the world around us.  Using our voices in this way can be an incredibly freeing experience, and you do not need to be able to sing to do it!
