About the Event
Join chanting and singing teacher Jennifer Jenkins for a morning of chanting and singing for Joy. In this workshop you will explore the sounds of the chakras and sanskrit chanting that will help to open your hearts and experience the magic of making sound in a group setting.
Chanting has many benefits which include developing a sense of inner peace, increased relaxation, easing tension, improving cognition. It also helps us to release negativity and connect to our true essence.
The morning will consist of 1.5 hours of chanting with the final 30 minutes for reflection and discussion (accompanied by a cup of tea and healthy snacks.)
