Take time out for yourself with my inner bliss group. Every week we will meet to relax, recharge and inspire each other. We will learn how to get back in touch with the things that make us feel good and our souls sing!
Each week will be different, but will always include a form of meditation to help recharge those batteries, followed by a discussion or creative activity to help us get back in touchh with ourselves.
With modern life being so busy, this is an opportunity to take time out for you. Open to Men and Women alike.
